Law Centre’s Older Person’s Advocacy
Service is a free, friendly service for persons
aged 55 and over living in the borough of Rochdale.
We can provide Advice, Advocacy
and Representation on a number of Community
Care and Welfare Issues.
Issues we maybe able to help
with include:
Accessing Services
Payments for Services
Accommodation Advice
Right to an Assessment
Adaptations to Property
Advice Regarding Residential
or Nursing care
Advice if you are Leaving
Hospital
Helping you to resolve a
dispute or challenge a decision you think
is unfair regarding
any of the above
Other general legal advice
and assistance may also be available. If we
are unable to help we will always try to point
you in the right direction – so please
give us a call if you are unsure!

at the Law Centre.
We also offer a Home Visit
Service where required at a time convenient
to the client.
