The team can give advice and provide representation on all areas of Immigration and Asylum law including:

  • Entry Clearance Applications (Visas) for visitors, husbands, wives, family members, students, workers, au pairs, employees, self employed, retired persons
  • Applications for leave to remain in the UK Asylum
  • Family Reunion
  • Detention and Bail
  • European Rights of Free Movement
  • British Nationality

If you think that you will need an appointment or representation then it is best to call the advice line first. This will ensure that you get an appointment at the right time and that the relevant information is obtained at the start and no important deadlines are missed.

Often we are able to provide all the information that you need over the telephone and will back this up with relevant leaflets and letters so that you understand the advice that you have been given.

Our advisors are particular experts in representation and advocacy before the Immigration Adjudicator and at Immigration Appeal Tribunals. Our two immigration advisors are both Solicitors and accredited. The Law Centre has written a range leaflets on immigration issues.
